Paper Submission
All papers for all conferences within APSC2026 must be submitted through EasyChair.
Submissions to all conferences within APSC2026 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
Peer Review
All papers will be subjected to a formal peer-review process by experts in the relevant field. Authors are advised to revise their papers in accordance with the reviewers’ comments and recommendations.
Final Camera-Ready Submission
All authors are required to follow the IEEE format under ‘Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines’. Failure to comply may cause your paper to be excluded from the publication.

Publication Policy
All accepted papers will be published in proceedings of the respective conferences.
Based on high review scores, some extended papers will be selected for publication in SCOPUS-indexed journals.
